FOR YOUR GOOD



Hello guys,
I hope you all have been doing great, its the third month of the year already and this year seems to be moving very fast, like when did 2017 begin? A year of great surprises indeed...hehehe :)
I would like to thank everyone who has been consistently following the blog, I pray you will continually grow in all areas of life and never remain stagnant in Jesus name(Amen).

Today I will like to share my ideas on the topic "for your good"  and I would surely love to get feedbacks from you guys, please share your opinions about this topic and lets all get blessed  :)
I would like to start by sharing a story, this happened to me and I came to the conclusion that indeed all things work together for our good.
Sometimes last year, my housemate and I were to move to a new place, our contract had expired and we went all around searching for an apartment, we were able to find one that fit into our budget and we were really glad about it. We checked it out and left, telling the house owner we will get back to them the next day with our down payment so as to avoid loosing the house and I got their contact number.
I was really glad about it,  getting home and thanking God I found a place despite the stress and all. I slept with joy in my heart that night and waking up the next morning, I got a text message on my phone, that I couldn't get the house any longer and the reason they gave wasn't even valid, if you stay  in Manila, you will know what am talking about hehehe, especially  being a foreigner, I got dressed up and went to the house to know what really happened but unfortunately I wasn't even opportuned to talk to them any longer, so I left. Apparently my sis got another place for me which was a bit expensive than the first one but bigger and more beautiful. we didn't have a choice than to go for it as our contract was ending already, so we payed and we moved in. We were just 2 in the house that time..
Currently as I speak it is indeed the best house I could have ever rented, the house owner is very kind, God knew nigeria would be in recession and if we had stayed in that previous house, we would have been kicked out due to late payments, but  in this current house, I can say we  experienced the favor of God. There were times we didn't get money at the right time, this woman won't disturb or threaten us to move out, infact we were even opportuned to accommodate two other ladies to join us , even as the contract ends now, the normal protocol is 'you get your down payment two months after you have moved out' we were able to tell her we needed to use it for the last two months of our stay in the house and she agreed...
I was  meditating on it and I thank God for not allowing us stay in the previous place,indeed it was all for our good and God's ways are better than our ways.

We may not understand what is happening to us in life right now, we get betrayed by friends and family, everything might seem  rough , I want you to know God wouldn't have permitted it if it wasn't for your good. Negative situations don't control your destiny but God does. All you just need to to is keep the right attitude, always live in the consciousness of the fact that it is for your good, see the good in everything you do even tho it doesn't seem to work, we live by faith and not by sight :)

Relationship with God

         I think having a relationship with God is the best thing that has happened to me so far in life, we get to some certain point in life when u don't even love yourself. You feel betrayed even by the least person you expected.I guess i took God seriously more than ever getting to the mid-year. The Almighty God is the beginning and the end, he sees the end from the beginning, He knows we will definitely go through what we are going through now and he has given us the power to overcome whatsoever, for we cant be tempted beyond our limits.
